Internship Hospitals for MBBS in Shandong University

Intern Time & Duration
- The internship usually starts from the last academic year in March with the duration of 48 weeks.
- There is no difference between English-taught MBBS program and Chinese medium MBBS program regarding the internship.
Requirements in China & Abroad
- If you enroll to Shandong University before 2018, you can do internship back to your home country. And there is no need for you to pay the tuition fee during the internship, but you need to contact hospitals by yourself.
- If you are enrolled this year, according to the new rule of Shandong University, you have to do the internship in hospitals arranged by the school.
Comprehensive Theory Test
- No matter you choose to participate in clinical internship both in or outside China, after finishing the internship, you need to take the the final examination of Theory Test and Clinical Evaluation. Only pass this exam, you can be awarded the MBBS Degree.
- The examination subject including Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Gynecology and Paediatrics. And the test usually be arranged in April or May.

Hospital Levels in China
