NMC Accredited Medical Schools in China 2018

Nepal Medical Council is known as NMC, which aims to provide medical education and medical services throughout the world including Nepal. All medical graduates, whether from institutions within or outside Nepal, must have to sit NMC Licensing Examination (NMCLE).

Requirements for Registration

Medical graduates with international degrees must complete a full year of compulsory clinical internship in their medical college hospitals before taking the licensing examination.

The Registration Certificate will only be provided by Nepal Medical Council to only those who pass the licensing examination and complete one year of compulsory rotatory internship either from Nepal or abroad.

Recognized Medical Schools

Medical students pursuing undergraduate studies outside Nepal need to apply for the eligibility certificate for undergraduate medical course in foreign medical institution to NMC.

According to the standard of NMC, the foreign medical institutions that students enrolled in have to be recognized by local government or medical council. Therefore, we recommend students from Nepal to study in the medical universities which are accredited by The Ministry of education of China.
