The scholarship is divided into three kinds by reducing students' tuition accordingly. The scholarship for Bachelor Programs is available only for the first academic year. a: A selection committee will evaluate applicants’ materials under the principle of “justice, fairness and openness”.
b: The scholarship will be terminated if a student has one of the following cases:
-Defaulting the fees he/she has to pay.
-Receiving academic warning or drop out warning.
-Breaking university rules or the Chinese laws.

Students want to apply this scholarship need to pay $500 as service fee and $75 as application fee to the university. While you know, generally, some agencies would charge %20-%50 of the total scholarship as commission. You can do your math now.
-Can I Get Refund If I Didn't Get the Scholarship?
