To let international students understand the application and service terms of the CUCAS platform more clearly, we have compiled the following five aspects, hope it will be helpful for international students.

For Self-sponsored Programs
1. 如果您的申请属于下列情况，您将不能获得退款。
1. If your application belongs to one of the following cases, you cannot get a refund.
(1) 申请者的申请已经被学校录取。
(1) The application was accepted by the university.
(2) 由于iAgent或申请者的个人原因而取消申请。
(2) The application was canceled by Party B or applicants due to personal reasons.
(3) 由于iAgent或者申请者意图进行非法活动, 而导致申请未能被处理或者接受。
(3) The application was not processed or accepted because Party B or the applicant were intending to undertake illegal activities while in China.
(4) 由于申请者材料中含错误信息导致申请未能被处理或接受。
(4) The application was not processed or accepted due to the documents containing false information.
(5) 由于申请者未能及时提供完整信息导致申请未能被处理或接受。
(5) The application was not processed or accepted due to the application document being incomplete.
2. 当您的申请属于下列情况之一时，您将获得全额退款。
2. If your application belongs to one of the following cases, you will get a full refund.
(1) 由于CUCAS的原因，申请未能被及时的以正确的方式提交给学校处理。
(1) Because of the internal causes of Party A, the application cannot be processed in the correct way or time.
(2) 由于CUCAS未能及时更新院校的信息变化，导致iAgent申请的课程不能开课，并且CUCAS未能及时告知iAgent相关情况。
(2) Because Party A did not update the website according to the university’s admission information adjustments, the application cannot be started or the program that Party B applied cannot be started, and Party B is not informed by Party A about it.

1. 如果您的申请属于下列情况，您将不能获得退款。
1. If your application belongs to one of the following cases, you cannot get a refund.
(1) 申请者的申请已经被学校录取。

Ⅱ. Switch Conditions
1. CUCAS为学生提供调剂机会，但并不是每个申请都有一次调剂机会，比如当您由于一些核心原因被中国大学拒绝(如年龄, 成绩等)，且我们无法找到其他大学接收时，您的申请会被改为[拒绝]状态。被拒绝意味着申请终止，我们无法继续提供申请服务。
1. CUCAS provides students with switch opportunities, but not every application has a switch opportunity. For example, when you are rejected by Chinese universities due to some core reasons (such as age, grades, etc.), and we cannot find other universities to accept you, The status of the application will be changed to [Rejected]. Being rejected means that the application is terminated, and we cannot continue to provide application services.
2. 除特殊约定，我们仅为全额支付申请费和服务费的学生提供调剂机会。
2. Unless otherwise agreed, we only provide switch opportunities to students who have paid the application fee and service fee in full.
3. 如果您未能在我们推荐给您的，并且您也表示可以接受的新学校的招生截止之前提供完整材料，或者完成相关需要的操作，则被视作放弃调剂机会。
3. If you fail to provide complete materials before the enrollment deadline of the new school that we recommended to you and you also indicated that you are acceptable, or complete the relevant required operations, it will be deemed as giving up the switch opportunity.
4. 当调剂后的大学申请费和服务费高于您原来申请的大学时，您需要补交费用差价。
4. When the switch university application fee and service fee are higher than the university you originally applied for, you need to pay the difference.
5. 一旦您接受调剂，则您的申请将自动失去退款。

Ⅲ. 停滞申请服务政策
Ⅲ. Stagnant Application Service Conditions
如果您的申请因为材料不齐被打回，或因为被学校拒绝而被改为了调剂状态，则您的申请处于停滞状态。具体的状态包含: 调剂，打回-补充材料，材料不齐，针对停滞申请，我们的处理规则如下：
If your application is returned due to a lack of materials or is changed to switch status because it is rejected by the university, your application is in a stagnant state. The specific status includes Switch,Supplementary documents needed, and Documents incomplete. For stalled applications, our processing rules are as follows:
1. 在您申请的大学(或被调剂到的新的大学)申请截止之前，我们会不断提醒您补充材料或者进行相关操作，如果您未能够在申请截止之前提供相关材料或者完成相关操作，您将被视为放弃当前申请。我们原则上会终止服务，您的申请无法提交退款申请或继续享受调剂等相关服务。
1. Before the application deadline for the university you are applying for (or the new university you are switched to), we will keep reminding you to supplement materials or perform relevant operations. If you fail to provide relevant materials or complete relevant operations before the application deadline, you will be regarded as giving up the current application, and we will terminate the service in principle, and your application cannot submit a refund application or continue to enjoy related services such as switch.
2. 本着为学生提供优质服务，尽力帮助学生获得中国大学录取的原则，在您未能及时提供相关材料或者完成相关操作后，我们将为您的申请提供1个月的过渡期，如果您在这1个月内联系我们，我们还可与您沟通，并尝试和学校沟通，为您尝试争取录取或者其他选项。如果您在这1个月内仍然未回复我们的邮件/消息/电话，我们将关闭您的申请，除特殊情况，被关闭的申请将无法享受更多服务。
2. Based on the principle of providing students with high-quality services and trying our best to help students obtain admission to Chinese universities after you fail to provide relevant materials or complete relevant operations in time, we will provide a transition period of one month for your application. If you contact us within this 1 month, we can still communicate with you, and try to communicate with the university, try to get admission or other options for you. If you still do not reply to our email/message/call within this 1 month, We will close your application, and except for special circumstances, the closed application will not be able to enjoy further services.

当您的申请被接受，但因为特殊原因无法在当前年来中国留学时，我们可为您和学校沟通，尝试帮您争取在下个学期或学年入学，相关政策如下：
When your application is accepted, but you are unable to study in China in the current year due to special reasons, we can communicate with the university for you and try to help you enroll in the next semester or academic year. The relevant terms are as follows:
1. 每个申请只能延后一次，且只有被接受的申请可以进行延后。如果您确定申请延后，则我们会告知学校您今年无法入学，学校会进行相关处理。
1. Each application can only be postponed once, and only accepted applications can be postponed. If you confirm that the application is postponed, we will inform the university that you cannot enroll this year, and the university will deal with it.
2. 我们会在下个学期或学年开学前的1个月和您确认您是否继续该申请，请您及时查看邮箱或消息，我们在得到您明确确认继续申请后再次向学习提交您的申请。

We will confirm with you one month before the start of the next semester or academic year whether you want to continue the application, please check your email or message in time, and we will submit your application to the university again after we get your clear confirmation to continue the application.

DHL Mailing Fee
如您支付全额申请费和服务费，并且学校邮寄纸质录取文件和JW202/JW201表给我们，我们将免费给您纸质录取文件。此费用仅限您在CUCAS平台的第一个申请免费，当您申请多所大学时，我们将从您的第二个申请开始收取DHL邮寄费用(如有)。
If you pay the full application fee and service fee, and the university mails paper admission documents and JW202/JW201 forms to us, we will send you paper admission documents for free. Only the first application for you on the CUCAS platform is free, when you apply to multiple universities, we will charge DHL postage (if any) from your second application onwards.
