How to Get DQ Form and X2 Visa For Studying Short-Term Programs in China
The DQ form is one of the important documents for international students to apply for an X2 visa to study in China for less than 180 days. Starting from Jun 30, 2023, instead of mailing original JW202 forms to foreign students like before, Chinese universities are supposed to prepare electronic DQ forms for admitted students, students can download digital copies of DQ form.
II: How to Get Electronic DQ Form?
After you got admission from Chinese universities, you can download it from studyinchina.edu.cn with your name, passport number, and email.
If you got admission from CUCAS, CUCAS team will download it and send it to you directly.
III: How to Verify Electronic DQ Form?
You can do it here www.studyinchina.edu.cn. It should be in PDF format, you can upload it for verification.
IV: How to Get X2 Visa for Studying in China?
You need to apply for it in your local Chinese embassy or consulate, you can find the process on their website. You need to bring the admission letter and DQ form(print them if you got digital copies) along with other documents when applying for it.
